Safety
At our dive center, safety comes first! We’re all about making sure your underwater adventure is as safe as it is exciting. Before we dive in, we’ll walk you through all the rules and guidelines during our pre-dive briefing. We’re here to ensure everyone’s on the same page for a fantastic dive experience!
Health
Your well-being matters to us. That’s why we ask that all divers be in good health without any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their safety while diving.
Certification
Certification is key! To join in on our dive fun, you’ll need to be certified by a recognized scuba diving organization. We’ll kindly ask for proof of certification.
Code of Conduct
We wish and hope all our divers to behave respectfully and responsibly while joining our dive and snorkeling activities. Any behaviors deemed inappropriate be our staff may be asked to leave without a refund.
Liability Release
Before you come diving with us, we’ll need you to sign a liability waiver. This just acknowledges the risks involved with scuba diving and releases us from any liability in case of any unforeseen bumps along the way.
Cancellation and Refund
We get it—plans change! If you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a heads up at least 24 hours before your scheduled dive. Check out our rescheduling and cancellation terms down below, for all the details.
Securing Your Reservation
To lock in your spot for courses, recreational diving, or snorkeling, we’ll need a 30% deposit. Don’t worry, though—we’ve got clear rescheduling and cancellation policies to make sure you’re covered. Check them out down below
Additional Day of Training Required
Sometimes, a little extra training is needed to make sure you are comfortable. If additional training is required to meet certification requirements, the minimum half-day rate is 500,000IDR per person.
Weather Conditions
Mother Nature calls the shots, especially when it comes to weather conditions. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll have to reschedule or cancel activities—safety first, always!
Rental of Equipment
Rental equipment is available. Just remember to treat it like your own and return it in the same condition you got it. Divers are responsible for any loss or damages to our rental gear.
Reschedule or Cancel PADI Dive Courses
We totally get it—life happens, and plans can change. Here’s the lowdown on our cancellation and rescheduling policies for our PADI dive courses:
Deposit
To secure your spot in the course, we require a 50% deposit. Once we send you the PADI e-learning course, this deposit becomes non-refundable. But don’t worry—your e-learning course and certification credit are yours to keep, even if you need to cancel. Full payment is due 7 days prior the course start date.
Cancellation
- PADI eLearning fees are non-refundable once the code is accepted.
- More than 7 days before the course starts, a 50% cancellation fee is applied.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: You’ll be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the daily course fee.
Rescheduling
- More than 7 days before the course starts: a 5% fee for a one-time rescheduling.
- Less than 7 days of the course start: You’ll be charged a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the course fee.
Please note that these policies ensure fairness for all our participants and help us manage our course availability effectively.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (via WhatsApp(opens in a new tab) or email(opens in a new tab)).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather. If this happens, we’ll to reschedule your course at no extra cost.
By signing up for our PADI dive courses, you’re agreeing to these cancellation and rescheduling terms. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help—ask away!
Cancellation Mid-Course
If you need to cancel your open water course after starting, you’ll receive a referral that’s valid for up to one year. If you cancel after the first day of the course, we’ll provide a refund for one day out of a three-day course, minus the online course fee.
Reschedule or Cancel your Daily Activity
We totally understand that life can throw curveballs, and sometimes your dive plans might need to change. No worries, we’ve got you covered with our cancellation and refund policy. Here’s all the details to assure we are all on the same page:
Deposit
To secure your spot in the activity, we require a 30% deposit. The balance is due the day before the activity.
Cancellation
If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a shout! Whether it’s via whatsapp, email, or in person.
- If you need to cancel less than 5 days before your activity, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you need to cancel due to illness, just send us a doctor’s note within 24 hours of your scheduled dive, and we’ll sort you out with a refund or reschedule.
- If you simply do not show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity: you will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and plans change. If you need to reschedule your dive adventure, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
- Rescheduling in less than 3 days before the activity: A rescheduled fee of 5% will be applied.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours: Possible a 20% additional fee, depending on circumstances
Weather conditions
Mother Nature can be unpredictable, and sometimes she doesn’t play nice. If we need to cancel your dive due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, don’t worry! You’ll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund minus the expenses already inccurred for that morning.

Reschedule or Cancel your Bali Dive Safari and Liveaboard
We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and your dive plans might need to adjust. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know:
Deposit
To secure your spot in the activity, we require a 30% deposit. A total of 50% deposit is needed if booked less than 385 or at the 385 day mark. The balance is dur 195 days (6 months) before the travel date.
Cancellation
All deposit are not refundable.
Reschedule or Cancel your Accommodation

Deposit
Lock in your room with a 30% deposit and for PEAK season, secure your accommodation with a 50% deposit! The balance is due 7 days before your check-in date. For PEAK season, 14 days prior.
Cancellation
If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a shout! Whether it’s via whatsapp, email, or in person.
- If you need to cancel less than 14 days before your stay, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, 30 days for PEAK season.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule less than 2 weeks prior your stay, a scheduling fee of 10% will be applied.
Special Notes
- All percentages are calculated based on the total reservation cost in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- PEAK Season is considered to be June 15th to September 15th.
