Abyss Ocean World's Terms & Conditions

Safety

At our dive center, safety comes first! We’re all about making sure your underwater adventure is as safe as it is exciting. Before we dive in, we’ll walk you through all the rules and guidelines during our pre-dive briefing. We’re here to ensure everyone’s on the same page for a fantastic dive experience!

Health

Your well-being matters to us. That’s why we ask that all divers be in good health without any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their safety while diving.

Certification

Certification is key! To join in on our dive fun, you’ll need to be certified by a recognized scuba diving organization. We’ll kindly ask for proof of certification.

Code of Conduct

We wish and hope all our divers to behave respectfully and responsibly while joining our dive and snorkeling activities. Any behaviors deemed inappropriate be our staff may be asked to leave without a refund.

Liability Release

Before you come diving with us, we’ll need you to sign a liability waiver. This just acknowledges the risks involved with scuba diving and releases us from any liability in case of any unforeseen bumps along the way.

Cancellation and Refund

We get it—plans change! If you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a heads up at least 24 hours before your scheduled dive. Check out our rescheduling and cancellation terms down below, for all the details.

Securing Your Reservation

To lock in your spot for courses, recreational diving, or snorkeling, we’ll need a 30% deposit. Don’t worry, though—we’ve got clear rescheduling and cancellation policies to make sure you’re covered. Check them out down below

Additional Day of Training Required

Sometimes, a little extra training is needed to make sure you are comfortable. If additional training is required to meet certification requirements, the minimum half-day rate is 500,000IDR per person.

Weather Conditions

Mother Nature calls the shots, especially when it comes to weather conditions. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll have to reschedule or cancel activities—safety first, always!

Rental of Equipment

Rental equipment is available. Just remember to treat it like your own and return it in the same condition you got it. Divers are responsible for any loss or damages to our rental gear.
