Excellent service, guide and location. I wanted to spend a week diving in the area and Abyss Ocean World just made things super easy. From the flexibility of my requests, to the professionalism about how it was all organised. The boat they have is big and new and the divemaster Ari he was absolutely the best, going above and beyond to make me feel good and well taken care of, I´m definitely back next year! Thank you!!!

Perfect and amazing. Well if you think these two words are enough you are wrong, it was more than that ! We loved our experience with Komang and Jonas. We were lucky enough to have these two guys for ourselves for all our Padi certification. Everything went great and we couldn’t wish for a more professional training to start our diving journey. I had an excellent time diving with Abyss yesterday. My guide, Ari, was lots of fun, pointed out nudibranchs, orangutan crabs, and many other critters and fish. I have over 1000 dives around the world and Abyss exceeded my expectations in terms of service, professionalism, and safety both above and below the water. I highly recommend Abyss for diving in Northwest Bali.

This dive shop was great. Nice clean office and wonderful staff especially the dive masters Komang and Ari. I did numerous dives with these guys on a recent trip and they took me to the best sites in the area. They have good equipment to rent if needed and reliable transport to the various dive sites. Boats and staff on them was great. I highly recommend abyss for divers of all levels. Claudine, one of the owners, was very responsive to any inquiries Overall a great dive shop.

Abyss Ocean World Juillet 2018 mes souvenirs sont immortalisés à vie dans mon cœur de plongeur. Se fût un de mes plus beaux voyages en plongée dans la partie nord de Bali. J’ai eu la chance de rencontrer Claudine, Dan, Said et Smiley une équipe super professionnelle,sympathique et surtout efficace dans tous les sens. De plonger à partir du plus beau bateau typique de l’endroit le Markisa quelle beauté ce bateau une âme à lui seul. Je recommande sans hésitation ce centre de plonger. Je reviens d’un voyage de plongée organisé par Abyss Ocean World (AOW) en Sulawesi du Nord, Indonésie. Il s’agit de mon 4e voyage du genre, en Indonésie, tous organisés par AOW et sa directrice, Claudine Daigneault. They are just the best center I have ever been diving with. Menjangan dives were amazing, and the night dive was quite an experience. The equipment is great. But the best, their staff, super friendly, funny, they make you feel super comfortable and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd time diving with Abyss and we were back for a reason: diving with them is perfect! Now obviously, diving around Menjangan is always a highlight, regardless of whom you dive with. But Abyss Ocean World definitely stands out of the crowd. They run a smooth business with great communication, knowledge, advice-giving, well-maintained top-notch equipment and a fancy new boat. But what sets them apart is the team! Booking, organization, billing is handled smoothly by Claudine, Ristia, and Daniel. The boatcrew took such good care of us before, between and after our dives and we had many great laughs with them. Kadek, Gede, thank you for always defogging my mask before I even got to it. I went on 2 dives each on 2 days to Menjangan Island with Abyss, and loved it! The dives with Ari and Nicole were great, they spotted lots of specials and planned the dives perfectly. The staff on board was also great, they helped where they could, were very environmentally aware and kept everyone comfortable. The trips include a towel, lunch box, water, tea, coffee and fruits. Also, payment is made very easy and comfortable. 100% recommended!

Great experience diving with AOW. Did 6 dives over 2 days at Menjangan island and then 2 dives at Pemuteran. Amazing conditions and the guides were awesome. They provided lunch and snacks. Thought it was a great idea to provide tagged towels and water bottles to help reduce on waste. What really made the trip was Nicole, one of the instructors. I had taken the nitrox certification and she helped me with my buoyancy. She definitely made me a better diver. One could easily see the drive Nicole has for teaching and I can't thank her enough for all the tips and tricks.

All I can say about Abyss Ocean World is excellent. I was looking for the one and only diving centre to get my first ever experience about the under water world. Bet I wasn't wrong to choose Abyss Ocean World. I got my open water diving license but on top of that I got to make new friends along the way. Nicolle, my open water diving instructor, was so friendly and so kind. She could throughly explain what I couldn't catch during our trainings in a simple manner. She was really passionate about diving, she could even show me whatever diving skills I wanted to know. She went extra miles to teach me about kicking styles e.g. both frog kick and flutter kick techniques. I went from zero to hero real quick with my diving techniques. Ofcourse if it wasn't because of her, I didn't think I would manage it. Well the nicest thing about her was that I could not only become a buddy during our trainings but also become a bestie. All in all, I would recommend her to you if you want to take your first step in the open water world. Other crew of Abyss Ocean World were super nice. Bli Komang, the rescue diving instructor at that time, was so chill and so funny. I could talk in Bahasa whenever I wanted to, which was cool. Kadek, the driver and the strongest guy at Abyss, was so nice and polite. It was fun to talk with him not only about diving but also about Pemuteran and Menjangan. Talking about Pemuteran and Menjangan, I didn't expect both places would offer both unique and magical diving experiences. Pemuteran has Biorock where I spent my second training day there. Biorock is a sanctuary of both divers and sea life, as it is a place where humans help corals and fish to thrive and grow back again underwater with sustainable energy both from the wind and from the solar. I was amazed by how smart and how responsible people are there in Pemuteran. Well that's enough about Pemuteran you have to discover it yourself. Ok, lets talk about Menjangan. Well the third and the last day of my final training has arrived, yet I got an offer to be blessed by the sea of Menjangan. One word that I can say about Menjangan is majestic. I went with other divers who did their rescue and fun diving there. There are many diving spots in Menjangan but two fantastic diving spots were offered by Abyss Ocean World, Sandy Slope and Coral Garden. On my third dive my bestie and I encountered a hawk turtle, would you believe that? I even couldn't believe my eyes. It was so beautiful, it came all the way from the blue and swam closer to the corals. Talking about corals, Coral Garden was so beautiful the current was mild but it helped propel us to enjoy the view under the water. We saw Nemo as that was the main objective of our final dive between me and my buddy, who is now my bestie. All right, I think you guys are tired of reading. Look no further and choose Abyss Ocean World. I would recommend you to get Nicole Daw as your instructor for your best diving experience.

We had a great day with Abyss Ocean World. We had just one full day in Pemuteran and had contact with Abyss Ocean via mail planning our fun diving in Menjangan Island. The day before diving we went to the diving center for equipement check and paper fillings The following day we were picked up at the hotel, driven to the boat. Our divemaster was "Pur" and he was great in giving us suggestions, explanations, both underwater and above, with the help of Arik. We had fantastic dives in Bat Cave and Coral Garden, and lunchtime on the boat between the dives. Surely will recommend Abyss Ocean World and Pemuteran area. Was a pity to have short time

Did two dives at the Menjangan and one at Biowreck, Pemuteran 22 september. It was great! I recommend choosing Abyss Oceanworld if you are going diving in the area.
