Goal 1: Good Health & Well-Being
All of our staff members are paid above the set minimum wage standard.
Medical Insurance: All of our staff have active BPJS - Medical Insurance to ensure access to healthcare when needed.

Goal 4: Responsible Consumption & Production
Sustainable Practices: We prioritize responsible consumption and production:
by using 4 strokes Suzuki Engines for our speedboat (no oil mixed with fuel entering water and much less fuel consumption)
by minimizing plastic use,
by repurposing materials instead of building new.
Goal 5: Life Below Water
Coral Restoration: We actively participate in coral restoration efforts to protect marine biodiversity.
Dive Against Debris (DAD) / Beach Cleanups: We organize and participate in clean-up activities to reduce marine pollution.
Goal 6: Life on Land
Mangrove Conservation: We support mangrove conservation projects to protect coastal ecosystems in our area in collaboration with other dive centers and initiators in town.
Waste Management: We implement waste management practices to minimize our environmental impact and promote sustainability. Together with the Pemuteran community, we adhere to new protocols and strive to enhance them for better waste management and reduction in our area.
