Safe & Responsible Diver Statement(Required)
1) Guests acknowledge that they are certified divers and are responsible to maintain their own depth and decompression limits.

2) Abyss Ocean World does not allow guests to conduct decompression dives. If a guest reaches their No Decompression Limit they will be asked to wait the recommended surface interval before reentering the water.

3) Guests must follow the directions of the Divemaster during the length of the activity for their own safety and the safety of others.

Environmentally Friendly Guest Statement(Required)
I understand that Abyss Ocean World is a Green Fins member and operates in compliance with the Green Fins Code of Conduct to protect the reefs and marine environment. I agree to follow the guidelines and Code of Conduct laid out by Abyss Ocean World staff. I understand that if I do not follow these guidelines I may cause damage to the marine environment and may face termination of activities without the possibility of a refund.

1) I will not touch anything underwater & will not wear gloves

2) I will not chase, harass or excessively use strobes / flash on any marine life

3) I will only use a muck stick responsibly – not to poke, prod or manipulate marine life

4) I will maintain good buoyancy and stay clear of the reef at all times to prevent damage

5) I will allow my dive / snorkel guide to correct any damaging behavior I exhibit towards marine life.
Data Management Consent(Required)
I give consent for Abyss Ocean World to collect and use the above information for reasons directly linked to my activities with Abyss Ocean World. The company will do all practical measures to ensure this data is kept secure until deletion after the activity is completed.
